Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Wild Rose + Sugar is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@wildroseandsugar.com immediately after placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wild Rose + Sugar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at hello@wildroseandsugar.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@wildroseandsugar.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!
